Introducing Boondocks to WorkSeekers

Hey hi tech-industry folks ( who are seeking for work. )

Thanks for checking out this blog. My name is Amit Rai and I help tech-industry folks ( also scientist, doctors and researchers ) to connect startup founders directly for recruitment for important work profiles ( globally). Boondocks WorkSeeker Network is a global private community of tech-industry folks.  So please don’t forget to say Hi to me. It is just getting to know the intro form.

Before I start pitching about Boondocks WorkSeeker Network and why you should be part of it. There are three important things that worth mentioning in the start.

First.
I don’t charge any kind of fee to WorkSeekers.

Second
I don’t share any of your professional or personal information with anyone without your prior knowledge. I ask you first if you are interested in a particular profile and then I share your information with founders.

Third,
You are searching for work. It is private information. It is between you and me. You don’t need to worry about it.

And I only use text for communication ( meeting, phone call and video chat are not feasible as I work alone in this project. )

And You can trust me.
I am not a recruiter. I am an ex-founder and retired full-time employee who is trying to do experiments in recruitment consulting domain to make it more effective, transparent and fast. Read more about me here.

Now let’s jump right into why you should be part of my network.

Connect directly to founder

I shared work-seers profile directly to founders. Startup founders see the profile first and then the recruitment process starts. It means founders will interact with you in the recruitment process and you will get chance to impress founders ( and vice versa).

If you think you have the right skill set or right experience or X factor then there are high chances that founder will notice it ( or you make founder notice it). Recruiter or HR don’t give a shit about most of the things that you say or write but founders do. ( a good founder wants to find the right person. skills + human traits)

High remuneration

For an early stage funded startups, the most important thing is finding right folks and convince them to work for the startups at high cost ( or sometimes any cost ). It means skilled and experienced work-seekers has always had an advantage in salaries.

Only important work profiles

WorkSeerks network is only for experienced folks. It means founders who are connected to me are looking for folks to fill very important team profiles.  It means your work is going to be counted and directly evaluate by founders.

Only small or mid-size well-funded startups

It means less managerial hierarchy, less formality, fewer office politics and less office bureaucracy. And more perks. ( Pie is less so it divided in fewer folks)

Option to choose Startup or Work culture

It is a very important factor and I make sure that work-seeker know previously about the work culture. Tell me what type of work culture you are comfortable in and connected to only such startups.
